1. Eligibility

We sell digital e-books. No physical products are shipped.
Each product page describes the relevant content, language, file format, and any applicable technical requirements or access restrictions. Please review these details before purchasing.
We are responsible for supplying digital content that meets its description and any standards required by applicable law.
3. Orders and Payments
Prices and the applicable currency are displayed before purchase. Any applicable taxes or additional charges collected by us will be disclosed before you confirm payment.
An order is accepted when we send confirmation that your purchase has been accepted or provide access to the purchased content.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled purchase. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.
4. Digital Delivery
After successful payment and order acceptance, your e-book will be delivered through a download link, email, or your customer account, as indicated at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and using a device and software compatible with the published technical requirements.

5. License and Permitted Use

Except where permitted by applicable law or with the rights holder’s written permission, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly share the e-book.
- Share download links or account credentials to give others access.
- Reproduce, translate, adapt, or commercially exploit the content.
- Remove copyright notices or bypass access controls.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request assistance, cancellation, or a refund.
Where applicable law requires express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of the resulting loss of a cancellation or withdrawal right, we will obtain these separately before delivery begins. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not replace that consent.
Your rights concerning defective, incorrectly described, or undelivered content remain unaffected.
7. Accounts and Website Use
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, distributing malicious software, accessing systems without authorization, or interfering with other users’ access.
